Phil enlisted in the Army in 1965 where you served for years in Vietnam. He became a graphic designer and has worked for the state of Oregon for 26 years. He retired in 2003 and started the Cartoon "In-Country". The cartoons reflect his experiences during his tour of duty in South Vietnam.

Dear Members,
We are constantly working to maintain and improve our Post. To help achieve this, we are introducing a new point-of-sale system that will allow us to accept more payment methods while improving our inventory and financial reporting accuracy. This upgrade is part of our effort to ensure you have the best experience possible, and we look forward to introducing new features soon, including a member rewards program.
With the implementation of this new system, we found that the Post has been absorbing significant costs by not charging sales tax. Please note that non-profit organizations are not exempt from state sales tax. To maintain the financial integrity and wellbeing of our Post, the state-mandated sales tax will be applied to all sales effective July 25, 2026.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support as we make these necessary improvements to sustain our Post.
